Dashboards were categorized into People, Process, and Product, making navigation intuitive.
- Customizable Opportunity Layouts: Teams can now configure opportunity views to focus on what matters most by adding, removing, or reordering fields and sections.

Artificial Intelligence took center stage this year, powering workflows that enable teams to do more and better work with less manual effort.

- AI-Powered Gap Capture: Large Language Models (LLMs) were integrated into the Gap Capture process, offering intelligent suggestions to identify and address gaps efficiently.
- Smarter Product Gap Suggestions: The Chrome Extension now leverages AI to recommend relevant product gaps on accounts and opportunities.
- Automated Linking: AI was used to automatically link insights from Productboard and populate descriptions in tools like Jira and Aha!, saving time and ensuring accuracy.

In 2024, we doubled down on integration capabilities, ensuring our tools work harmoniously with the systems you rely on daily.

An AI Sales Engineer
The most exciting development of 2024 was the debut of Ava, our AI Sales Engineer, in October. Ava’s improvements not only refined user interactions but also extended her capabilities to new heights.

- UI Enhancements: Ava now “thinks out loud” with animated feedback icons and intuitive navigation tweaks for better usability.
- Document Uploads in Chat and Spaces: Ava supports direct document uploads in chat and across Spaces. Whether analyzing, summarizing, or comparing documents, Ava brings relevant context and citations into every conversation.
- Memory Enhancements: Uploaded documents are remembered and referenced even after the initial upload, streamlining ongoing collaboration.
- Natural Language Search: Forget specifying where to search; Ava intelligently determines whether to look in knowledge bases, documents, or online resources based on your question.
- Responsive Conversations: Improvements to frustration detection and dynamic reply functionalities make interactions with Ava smoother and more intuitive than ever.
